Terms of Use
Last updated: 19 October 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it. They are a binding agreement between you and YPP Ready Team ("YPP Ready", "we", "us"), operating this website from India. By using the website you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.
1. The service
YPP Ready provides free online tools for YouTube creators: a monetization readiness checker, a pre-upload video review, a thumbnail checker, and related guides (the "Service"). The video review and thumbnail checker process your files inside your own browser; your files are not uploaded to our servers. We may add, change or remove features at any time.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You may use the free tools without an account.
- To create an account you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. We don't knowingly create accounts for children (anyone under 18) or process their personal data without verifiable parental consent, as required by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
- You must give accurate information and keep it up to date. One person may not maintain multiple accounts to evade restrictions.
3. Account security and two-factor authentication
- You are responsible for keeping your password, authenticator app and recovery codes secure, and for activity under your account.
- We strongly recommend turning on two-factor authentication. Store your recovery codes safely: if you lose both your authenticator device and your recovery codes, we may be unable to restore access.
- If you sign in with Google, Google's terms also apply to that sign-in. Tell us immediately at [contact email] if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to let anyone else:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, or to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update or share any information prohibited under Rule 3(1)(b) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, including content that belongs to another person without right, is obscene, harmful to children, infringes intellectual property, impersonates another person, threatens the unity, integrity, security or sovereignty of India, or contains malware;
- scrape, overload, probe or attack the Service, bypass rate limits or security measures, or access other users' accounts;
- use automated means to create accounts or send messages through our forms;
- resell the Service or present its results as an official YouTube decision.
5. Your content
You keep all rights in your videos, thumbnails, titles, descriptions and other content you analyse. Because analysis happens in your browser, we don't receive your video or thumbnail files. Text you choose to send to us (for example a contact message, or a report you send for the optional AI review) is used only to provide that feature. You confirm you have the rights to any content you analyse.
6. No guarantee of monetization
YPP Ready is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google. Only YouTube decides whether a channel is accepted into the YouTube Partner Program or whether a video earns ads. Our scores, estimates and suggestions are informational. Some figures (such as watch hours) are estimates based on public data and stated assumptions. YouTube's rules change; always confirm in YouTube Studio and the YouTube Help Center before relying on them.
7. Third-party services
The Service reads publicly available YouTube pages, offers Google sign-in, may download open-source speech models from Hugging Face to your browser, and may send report text to an AI provider when you request an AI review. These third parties operate under their own terms and policies, which we don't control.
If you connect your YouTube channel, that feature uses YouTube API Services and you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. See our Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual property
The website, its design, text, code and the YPP Ready name and logo belong to us or our licensors and are protected by the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and other laws. YouTube and Google are trademarks of Google LLC, used only to describe compatibility. You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with attribution.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", free of charge, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of revenue, profits, channel standing, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, including decisions you make based on its results. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to ₹1,000 (one thousand rupees).
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
12. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from My account. We may suspend or terminate access, or remove information, if you breach these Terms, if required by law or a lawful order of a court or government agency, or to protect the Service and its users.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
14. Grievance redressal
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the rules made under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, our Grievance Officer is:

15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We'll first try to resolve any dispute informally through the grievance process above. Subject to that, the courts at New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We'll change the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes affecting account holders, notify you by email or on the website. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
